The National Chambal Wildlife Sanctuary is reputed for its variety of exotic rare wild species. The unusual gangetic dolphin is the main attraction of National Chambal Sanctuary. Presently the sanctuary is the part of a large area co-administered by Rajasthan, MP and UP.

The nearest railhead and airport is Agra. Buses and taxis are available at regular interval from here to reach to the sanctuary.
